By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We provide catering services for individual plate orders and events and individual plate orders. Services include meal preparation, delivery, and optional setup if specified during the booking process.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance. A deposit of 55% is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid one day prior to the event. Orders are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation is provided by Inez Culinary Creations.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Zelle and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made submitted in writing. Any cancellations made more than five (5) days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event will forfeit the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
5. Menu and Dietary Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate dietary requirements and allergy information for all attendees. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
6. Changes to Orders
Changes to orders must be submitted in writing at least four (4) days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
7. Delivery and Setup
We charge a flat delivery fee of $150 for catering orders that are over $500 or more. For orders less than this, we charge a distance-based rate plus 20% gratuity. Setup services are additional and must be requested at the time of booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the venue and ensuring it is ready for setup. Also, clients must return all equipment (e.g., serving dishes, utensils) in the condition it was provided.
9. Liability
Inez Culinary Creations is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from food consumption if dietary/allergy information was not provided accurately. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the venue unless due to our negligence.
10. Unforeseeable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. By placing an order with Inez Culinary Creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
