My grandmother, Inez, is a Jamaican culinary artist in her own right, creating recipes that warm hearts as much as they do bellies. She inspires me to create Inez Culinary Creations, where I use fresh herbs and high-quality ingredients to prepare Jamaican cuisine and various other cultural dishes.
I fondly remember growing up in Jamaica, where my grandmother taught me the art of cooking in her kitchen. It was there that I learned the secrets of blending ingredients with love, which brings joy and smiles through delicious meals. My grandmother taught me a philosophy that has become my own: great food brings people closer together.
